Angus is our ‘totally pro’ US Music Director, an established songwriter and producer with two solo albums. Monica Dolso (General Manager, Asia Pacific)
With a background in major events, ten years with The Red Cross and surrounded by a family of successful musicians, the wonderful Monica is key to our continued success across the Asia Pacific region. She’s designed and run Song Division events with major corporations from Sydney to Perth to Vietnam and beyond.

Andy Sharpe (Director)
With a background in business and as a professional musician, Andy was in a unique position to establish Song Division back in 2003 in Australia. His business experience includes 10 years in marketing, sales and finance with IBM and an MBA. Andy is a songwriter and producer whose credits include iOTA, Tim Powles (The Church) and whose music has been licensed around the world to major brands such as Volvo. Susie Webb (Music Director, UK)
Susie is our fabulous music director for the UK and Europe. Based in London, she is a sought-after session singer and songwriter who has worked with Queen, The Who and Lionel Ritchie to name just a few.
In addition to being a fantastic singer and MC, Susie also fronts the dance-floor-filling party bands The Fabbagirls and The Party Animals;
Ben Thatcher (Music Director, Asia Pacific)
MC extrodinaire and crowd favourite, Ben Thatcher is our gifted music director in Asia Pacific. From Sydney to Saigon, Ben brings his unique and entertaining talents to Song Division sesssions both big and small.
