Global medical equipment giant Medtronic has called on SongDivision to energise their meetings from Sydney to Switzerland. For this regional conference for 400 people from five different countries, the brief was to help tie together the event objectives from the three day conference, along with providing a ‘soundtrack’ for the video highlights reel that would help key themes resonate long after the event.

With the help SongDivision’s incredible musicians, the audience of 400 collaborated during an hour-long general session to create an original song about their core values. The song was then performed with the entire group singing along to kick off the Gala Dinner and Awards later that night. The SongDivision band brought a ‘Grammy Awards’ feel to the celebration, playing award winners on and off the stage, then filled the dance floor with popular hits from the 1960’s to the current top 40.


The Team Anthem was used as an effective communication and learning tool, taking the company’s core values 'off the page’ and into their very own song that they’ll remember long after the event. The SongDivision team tied together the conference’s key themes, from the general session all the way till the end of the evening’s entertainment, taking care of both the conference energiser and all the entertainment.
